200mm / white 140mm case fan with Cooler Master and addressable RGB LED

Cooler Master will release the case fans "Sickle Flow 200 A RGB" and "Master Fan MF140 Halo White Edition" equipped with addressable RGB LEDs on the 17th. Both are available, and the actual selling prices are expected to be 3,480 yen and 3,180 yen, respectively.


SickleFlow 200 ARGB is a 200mm case fan of the SickleFlow series. The bearing sealer and fan frame have improved stability/product life/durability/cooling efficiency. The fan speed is 0 to 800 rpm, the fan air volume is 102.8 CFM, and the fan noise level is 15.7 dBA.


The MasterFan MF140 Halo White Edition is a white model of the 140mm case fan in the MasterFan Halo series. It is equipped with a dual-loop addressable RGB LED. The fan speed is 650 to 1,500 pm, the air volume is 55 CFM, and the fan noise level is 6 to 30 dBA.

What is the due date of annual general meeting (AGM) for the FY 2020-21?

Due date of annual general meeting for the financial year 2020-21 ending on  March 31 st 2021   extended by  two months by MCA- Big relief for small and medium companies. According to section 96 of companies Act 2013, every company including private limited companies shall hold an Annual general meeting (AGM) in each year by giving 21 days’ notice in advance in all the shareholders.  The due date to hold annual general meeting shall be earliest of the following. 1) Not more than 15 months gap between the two AGM. 2) 6 months from the end of the financial year. 3) 30th September of every year.
