The third wave releases a thin gaming notebook PC with 12th generation Core.

The third wave recently announced and launched a thin-designed gaming laptop with a 12th generation Core i7 processor. 

They have introduced a total of 4 products, "GALLERIA RL7C-R35H", "GALLERIA XL7C-R36H", "GALLERIA ZL7C-R37TH," and "GALLERIA ZL7C-R38H" depending on the installed GPU. The expected actual selling prices are 179,980 yen, 209,980 yen, 299,979 yen, and 349,980 yen (tax included).

A gaming notebook with a 1920 x 1200 pixel display. With an aspect ratio of 16:10. And a 16-inch liquid crystal display that supports a 165Hz drive. 

It uses an aluminum housing with the thinnest part of 20 mm or less / weight of about 2.1 kg (depending on the configuration). ) Has been made thinner and lighter. 

The attached AC adapter is also smaller than the company's conventional product and is designed for portability.

The processor is equipped with Core i7-12700H (14 cores, 20 threads, maximum 4.7GHz), and the graphic score is equipped with GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop / 3060 Laptop / 3070 Ti Laptop / 3080 Laptop, respectively. 

The memory is 16GB / 32GB, and the storage is 512GB / 1TB Gen4 NVMe SSD as standard. The OS is Windows 11 Home 64bit.

What is the due date of annual general meeting (AGM) for the FY 2020-21?

Due date of annual general meeting for the financial year 2020-21 ending on  March 31 st 2021   extended by  two months by MCA- Big relief for small and medium companies.
